1. Corporate Governance System

The year 2022 marked the company's inaugural year of strategic planning and layout, as well as a year when its internal management gradually moved toward standardization and institutionalization. Under the correct leadership of the board of directors and with the hard work of all employees, the company's management team closely adhered to the annual business guidelines and work strategies established by the board at the beginning of the year. It took market development, technological progress, operation management, and comprehensive management as the four core management areas, and focused on ten key business indicators including order acquisition, revenue, payment collection, and production volume. Centering on the annual business policy of "customer-centric, innovation and improvement as driving forces, corporate culture, processes, and digitalization as boosters, and product development, quality improvement & cost reduction, rapid response, and collaborative lean management as key measures", the company promoted the work of various professional departments in accordance with plans. It basically achieved all annual business indicators, laying a solid foundation for the high-quality and rapid development of the company.

2. Corporate Development

In 2022, the management team closely followed the business strategic goals assigned by the board of directors. It innovated marketing models, accelerated product development and technological progress, and optimized production management models; consolidated basic management by standardizing comprehensive operation work such as business processes, rules and regulations, information application, human resources, and corporate culture; and achieved a historic high in overall scale through the careful collaboration of all levels and departments of the company. Throughout the year, the company achieved 174.4372 million yuan in orders and 153.8076 million yuan in revenue, with all overall business indicators showing an upward trend.

3. Enterprise Production

The production system collected rationalization proposals around the theme of "energy conservation & cost reduction, and production increase & efficiency improvement", which significantly enhanced the comprehensive utilization rate of energy and mechanical materials. By putting forward rationalization suggestions for innovation and improvement in aspects including equipment, pipeline lines, waste equipment and facilities, mechanical material specifications, and waste energy, the company reduced the consumption of water, electricity, and gas, and promoted resource recycling. It also proposed optimization and improvement measures for existing production processes to achieve energy conservation, emission reduction, production increase, and efficiency improvement.

4. Employee Development

The company has formulated a series of preferential policies and implemented measures to recruit and introduce talents. At present, the company has more than 50 engineering and technical personnel with college education or above and intermediate or senior technical titles, providing talent guarantees for the company's technological innovation and development. The company actively organized and carried out various on-the-job training programs for over 400 person-times, strengthening employees' work capabilities, safety awareness, and environmental protection awareness. It also encourages employees to pursue self-directed learning for self-improvement, and a number of employees have obtained relevant certificates so far. Meanwhile, the company attaches great importance to and cares about employees' daily lives. It has invested more than 800,000 yuan in total: the company's leadership visits and expresses condolences to employees from disadvantaged families during festivals, and distributes welfare to all employees on holidays, thereby enhancing employees' sense of happiness and belonging.

5. Product Management

The company has always adhered to the quality policy of "survive by quality, build brand by quality, seek benefits by quality, and promote development by quality". It regards product quality as the lifeblood of the enterprise, strictly controls product quality, and has established a long-term mechanism for product quality management and a comprehensive quality management system. The company strengthens quality control and assurance in all links, including raw material control, technical support, production process control, and sales link control, to provide customers with reliable products. The company has successively been awarded titles such as "National-level 'Specialized, Refined, Characteristic, and Innovative' Little Giant Enterprise", "Henan Provincial 'Specialized, Refined, Characteristic, and Innovative' Small and Medium-sized Enterprise", "National-level High-tech Enterprise", "Henan Provincial Special Motor Engineering Technology Research Center", and "Qualified Supplier Certified by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation".

6. Environmental Protection

The company regards environmental protection as an important bottom line in its sustainable development strategy, attaches importance to fulfilling its corporate environmental protection responsibilities, and actively practices environment-friendly and resource-saving development. It has integrated environmental management into the corporate management system and extended it to all links of product production. First, the company has invested tens of millions of yuan on multiple occasions to carry out upgrading and transformation of pollution control, and now its emissions meet the minimum discharge standards of Henan Province. Second, the company strengthens publicity among various departments to improve the environmental awareness of all employees. Finally, it implements environmental management indicators in every link of the product production process, establishes a target responsibility system covering the corporate senior management, middle management, and grass-roots teams, and forms a management network.
