In 2021, the State Administration for Market Regulation (National Standardization Administration of China) issued the new version of GB/T 3836.1-2021 series standards for explosive atmospheres, which came into effect on May 1, 2022.
In active response to the national standard requirements for explosion-proof motors, our company's independently developed YBX5 series explosion-proof motors and YFB4 series dust explosion-proof motors have recently passed the inspection by the National Inspection and Testing Center for Explosion-Proof Electrical Products, and the new version of explosion-proof qualification certificates have been issued to our company. We have become the first enterprise to receive such certificates from the National Inspection and Testing Center for Explosion-Proof Electrical Products since the implementation of the new standards.

The H63-355 motors of the YBX5 and YFB4 series, for which we have obtained the certificates this time, are brand-new upgraded products independently developed and designed by our company. Dedicated to the research and development of high-efficiency motors to support the national dual carbon goals, the development and design of these products started in September 2021. The prototype production and trial manufacturing by specification began at the end of 2021, and the trial manufacturing of all models in the two series was completed in April 2022. The test results of all submitted prototypes fully comply with the latest national standards.

Among them, all motors in the YBX5 series comply with the new explosion-proof standard GB/T 3836.1.2 and the new first-level energy efficiency standard GB 18613, with an explosion-proof grade of ExdbIIBT4Gb/ExdbIICT4Gb; all motors in the YFB4 series comply with the new second-level energy efficiency standard GB/T 3836.1.31, with an explosion-proof grade of ExtbIIICT130°CDb.

Both series of products feature excellent performance, safe and reliable operation, and lower vibration and noise compared with similar products. In the design of these two series, new materials and new technologies have been adopted, and the overall structure of the motors has been optimized, as well as the electromagnetic design. The stator and rotor cores are made of DW250/270 low-loss, high-standard cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, and the rotors adopt cast copper rotors. The motor cooling structure has been specially designed, ensuring high ventilation efficiency, low vibration, and low noise.

In terms of manufacturing processes, our company has adopted advanced domestic process methods for the processing of various parts and components, ensuring the processing accuracy and concentricity of each part. The stator and rotor cores undergo annealing and deburring treatment, and the rotors are processed with shell removal and pickling processes, which greatly reduce stray losses. A series of technical measures have been taken from design to process, providing comprehensive technical guarantees for the improvement of product energy efficiency. At present, the performance of these two series of products has reached the advanced level in the domestic industry.

The acquisition of the new version of certificates for the YBX5 and YFB4 series motors marks that Nanyang Explosion-Proof Weite Motor Co., Ltd. has taken another important step towards the production and manufacturing of high-standard and high-energy-efficiency motors. It will be a milestone in the development history of Nanyang Explosion-Proof Weite Motor. In the future, our company will take this as a starting point, provide high-quality and high-standard products to serve market users well, and make greater contributions to the development of the national explosion-proof industry.
