1. Product Overview
The YBX4 series motor is a fully enclosed, self-fan-cooled, squirrel-cage, flameproof three-phase asynchronous motor independently developed and launched by our company. Its efficiency index meets Level 2 Energy Efficiency specified in IEC60034-30 Minimum Allowable Values of Energy Efficiency and Evaluation Values for Energy Conservation of Small and Medium-Sized Three-Phase Asynchronous Motors. It features excellent performance, safe and reliable operation, lower vibration and noise compared with similar products, and complies with environmental protection requirements.

2. Applications
It is mainly used in coal mines, oil and natural gas, petrochemical and chemical industries. In addition, it is also widely applied in sectors such as textiles, metallurgy, urban gas, transportation, grain and oil processing, papermaking, and pharmaceuticals.
3. Executive Standards
The YBX4 ultra-high efficiency flameproof three-phase asynchronous motor complies with the following main relevant standards:

4.14 Main Terminal Box:
For motors with frame sizes 63-355, the main terminal box is located on the top of the motor (viewed from the motor shaft extension end). The outlet can be adjusted in four directions. However, for motors with center height ≥ 160mm, when the terminal box outlet faces backward (toward the non-shaft extension end), due to the influence of the lifting ring, it is necessary to first lift the motor in place at the installation site, remove the lifting ring, open the terminal box cover, loosen the connecting bolts between the terminal box and the frame, and then adjust and install the terminal box so that the outlet faces backward.
The standard inlet configurations for the terminal box of motors with frame sizes 63-355 are rubber-sheathed cable or steel pipe wiring. The motor terminal box has excellent flameproof structure performance, a high protection class, and a large cavity for easy wiring. The inlets are divided into two types: rubber-sheathed cable and steel pipe wiring. According to different starting requirements, it can be made into one inlet (suitable for direct starting of the motor) and two inlets (for motors with H250 and above, suitable for Y-Δ starting of the motor). Explosion-proof glands (introduction devices) can be selected or threaded ports can be reserved according to the user's special requirements.
4.15 Auxiliary Terminal Box:
The auxiliary terminal box refers to the terminal box for temperature measurement and heating belt. The auxiliary terminal box in the standard configuration shares a cavity with the main terminal box but has a separate inlet. The standard inlet configuration is steel pipe wiring or rubber-sheathed cable; if there is no special requirement, steel pipe wiring is the default. An explosion-proof gland inlet can be selected as an option; for some frame sizes, an independent auxiliary terminal box for heating (or temperature measurement) can be selected.
4.16 Temperature Measurement and Heating Devices:
For motors with frame sizes 160 ~ 355, a heating belt or PTC temperature measurement device can be installed according to user requirements (one of the two options is selected). In addition, a stator bearing temperature measurement device and a heating belt can also be installed according to user needs (optional configuration).
4.17 Environmental Conditions:
Ambient air temperature: -20 ~ +40℃. Altitude: Not exceeding 1000m. (Special ambient air temperature and altitude need to be agreed upon by both parties and specified when placing an order.)
4.18 Bearings and Grease: The conventional grease used is Great Wall low-noise bearing grease.
4.19 Topcoat:
Except for anti-corrosion (F1, F2) and outdoor anti-corrosion (WF1, WF2) types, which use medium (phthalocyanine) blue (GSBG51001-94 Pb04), the topcoat color of other motors is S04-1 silver gray (GSBG51001-94 B04).
