YBZU Series Flameproof Three-Phase Asynchronous Motors for Vibration Sources

1. Product Introduction

The flameproof motors for YBZU series vibration sources are used as vibration exciters for various vibrating machinery, such as vibrating feeders, vibrating conveyors, vibrating ore dischargers, vibrating shake-out machines, vibrating screens, and vibration anti-blocking devices for silos. They are widely applied in places with explosive gases in industries including electric power, building materials, coal, mining, metallurgy, chemical engineering, light industry, and foundry.

The YBZU mining flameproof vibration motors are mainly used for vibrating machinery requiring explosion protection, such as vibrating feeders, horizontal vibrating conveyors, linear vibrating screens, high-efficiency heavy-duty screens, wire mesh screens, anti-blocking devices, vibrating ore dischargers, speed-regulating motor vibrating feeders, and bidirectional vibrating screens.

2. Performance Features

Compared with other types of vibration exciters, the YBZU flameproof vibration motor is a new type of flameproof vibration exciter that integrates the vibration source and power source. The motor allows direct starting at full voltage. It features compact structure, easy maintenance, large and adjustable excitation force, low product cost, low energy consumption, and can be generalized and standardized.

3. Explosion Protection Rating

The explosion-proof mark is Ex dI Mb, which is suitable for underground coal mines with explosive dangerous gases.

The explosion-proof mark is Ex db IIB T4 Gb, which is suitable for gas explosive environments of Factory Class A and B with temperature classes T1 ～ T4.

The explosion-proof mark is Ex db IIC T4 Gb, which is suitable for hydrogen and acetylene gas explosive environments of Factory Class dⅡC with temperature classes T1 ～ T4.

The explosion-proof mark is DIPA21 T4, which is suitable for use in Zone 21 and Zone 22 of combustible dust environments with temperature classes T1 ～ T4.

4. Quality Assurance

This series of vibration motors adopts Class F insulation, with an explosion protection rating of IP55. They adopt self-cooling mode and continuous operation mode. The vibration motors allow direct starting at full voltage.

The explosion-proof performance complies with GB3836.1/GB3836.2, and the vibration source performance complies with JB5330.

All products are inspected by the National Supervision and Inspection Center for Quality of Explosion-Proof Electrical Products to ensure safety and reliability.
