YE3 Series Three-Phase Asynchronous Motors

1. Product Overview:

The YE3 series high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motors are a basic series of fully enclosed, self-fan-cooled, squirrel-cage, high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motors independently developed by our company. Their efficiency meets the Class 3 energy efficiency specified in IEC60034-30. Motors with a center height of 160 and above are equipped with an oil filling and draining device on the end cover that allows operation without stopping the machine. Motors with a center height of H225 and above can be equipped with a stator winding temperature measuring device, which is convenient for users to monitor the winding temperature to prevent overheating of the windings and burning of the motor.

The power grades and installation dimensions of this series of motors comply with the standards of the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), which is conducive to the supporting installation of export mechanical equipment and the spare parts of imported equipment, and can be interchangeable with Y series motors and Y2 series motors.

4. Operating Environmental Conditions

This series of motors is for use in coal mines underground. The altitude does not exceed 1000m. The ambient air temperature varies with seasons. For air-cooled motors, it is generally -20~+40℃; for water-cooled motors, it is 0~+40℃; the maximum relative humidity of the ambient air does not exceed 95% (when the temperature is +25℃).
