——Empowering the Localization Breakthrough of the Chemical Fiber Industry with Innovative Technology
On April 4, 2025, at the 3rd "Welcome Fellow Townsmen Back to Hometown for Development" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Conference of Zhenping County, Nanyang Weite Explosion-Proof Motor Co., Ltd. won the third prize in the Technological Innovation Competition with its project "R&D and Industrialization of High-Temperature and High-Speed Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors for Chemical Fiber Spinning and Drawing".
Targeting the long-standing industry challenge where chemical fiber spinning and drawing equipment has relied heavily on imports, this project has overcome key technologies through independent R&D. The motor adopts a special conical shaft structure design, intelligent processing technology, and custom-made AlNiCo (aluminum-nickel-cobalt) magnet materials, ensuring stability and durability under ultra-high temperature (525℃) and high-speed operating conditions. Currently, the product has passed industrial verification, with performance reaching the advanced level in the industry and having the capacity for mass production. It provides a reliable solution for the localization replacement of equipment in the chemical fiber industry.
